District Officers for the coming year were elected at the State Convention held at Lakeview Resort in Morgantown. Elected for 2011 - 2012 were (left to right) Bob Moffett, First Vice District Governor (Fairmont Lions Club), District Governor Patty Nutter (Harrisville Lions Club), Harrison Schramm, Second Vice District Governor (Parkersburg Lions Club).
